Bartlehill is a delightful, traditional, stone-built semi-detached cottage situated in beautiful rural countryside in the heart of the Scottish Borders.

Overlooking the Cheviot Hills, the cottage sits in a quiet, elevated position and affords stunning views over the surrounding rolling countryside.

Set between the lovely Border towns of Kelso and Coldstream, Bartlehill is located along a private road and is the perfect haven to visit with family, friends, and/or pets and explore all the borders has to offer.

The cottage, which can sleep up to six guests, has been completely renovated & furnished to a very high standard and is exceptionally well equipped to ensure our guests have all they need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The downstairs room is a small double, and the two upstairs rooms can be made up as 1 x super king or 2 x single beds.

Lovely open plan living area, with log burning stove, plenty of comfortable seating; TV, DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, telephone, music speaker/radio, selection of DVDs, books and board games.

Good size kitchen area; extremely well equipped, with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Large dining table and chairs are positioned to enjoy the fabulous view.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a table football game and full size table tennis. 

Outdoor tennis court and practice cricket net available on request.

Selection of books including local interest books, cookery books, general fiction and children’s books.

A good-sized garden set mainly to lawn with some shrubs, with a small woodland, ideal for dogs. Six seater garden dining table & chairs
Further fridge with freezer and tumble drier situated in the games room.
